RESERVE SOL VARADERO BEACH 16 PLUS ONLINE
Just got back from a 7 days vacation at this resort (March 2nd). Always thought Cuba was the safest place and still want to think it, but on about my 3rd day there, got my purse stolen in my bedroom while taking my shower (door locked). Did look everywhere in bedroom with my friend(3 times)and didn't find it. Reported it(twice) the day after and never had a follow up from customer service or a sorry. Not impressed with their service. The purse was a gift from a friend who went to Thaïland last year. Not the money (pesos)I was disapointed to lose but the little purse itself.
Next time will keep everything in the safe.
Employees at buffets, beach, musicians and bars were really nice.
Lot of mosquitoes at night. A better control would be great. Still have swelling and lots of red bites on legs and arms.Had more than expected from that trip.....
