The contemporary cuisine offered is of Creole inspiration, presented buffet style or in the form of "à la carte" menus. "The Pelican" This service is open from 6.45 a.m. to 9.45 a.m. for breakfast, from 12.30 p.m. to 2.00 p.m. for lunch and from 7. 30 p.m. to 10.00 p.m. for dinner. The Pelican restaurant, with its opening on to the swimming pool, the sea and the garden of the Amyris hotel, offers 120 seats, 50 of which are in the air-conditioned restaurant. "Les Iles" Overlooking the Caribia swimming pool, it welcomes clients only for breakfast from 7.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. (may be closed in low season). Bar "Le Baril de Rhum" Situated close to the Amandiers swimming pool, it is open from 11.00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m. Bar the "Pelican" Situated at the entrance to the Pelican restaurant, this bar is open from 11.30 a.m. to 3 .00 p.m and from 6.30 p.m. to 11.00 p.m.
