Curaçao is an ideal place for snorkeling and scuba diving. There are coral reefs that can be reached without a boat. The calm waters in the south attract many diving enthusiasts. There are also bays and inlets all around the island where boats can be moored. Because the coral reefs have been affected by tourism, artificial coral reefs are being put in place. A large array of tropical fish have now made these artificial reefs thier home.
