This charming lakeside resort is modeled after a seaside bed-and-breakfast inn circa 1940; Epcot® is less than a mile away by ferry or a walk along Disney's BoardWalk Resort.
Disney's BoardWalk Inn offers 372 guestrooms in a five-story building that evokes the romantic atmosphere of bed-and-breakfast inns found along the mid-Atlantic coast of the 1940s. Rooms continue the theme with nautically inspired drapes and bedding, French doors, and wrought-iron headboards. All rooms have tables and chairs, wall safes, and ceiling fans. Some rooms provide balconies with views of gardens, the lake and boardwalk, or resort parking areas.
Bathrooms have hair dryers and separate vanity areas with two sinks each. Telephones have voice mail and dial-up Internet access. Refrigerators are complimentary.
All guestrooms (including room patios and balconies) are nonsmoking.
Adjacent to Disney’s BoardWalk entertainment district, this resort wraps around an outdoor pool complex called Luna Park. At the center is the 200-foot-long water slide that’s reminiscent of seaside roller coasters of the early 1940s. Child-friendly amenities include a children’s pool, game arcade, and 24-hour play area. There are also two quiet outdoor pools on site. Guests can rent boats and arrange fishing excursions at the boardwalk marina, and also have access to two lighted tennis courts and a fitness center. Lots of entertainment options are nearby on the boardwalk, including restaurants, shops, and a dance hall.
Disney's Magical Express: Guests of this resort are eligible for complimentary Disney's Magical Express service. Motor coaches pick up guests at Orlando International Airport and drop off at Walt Disney World® Resort Hotels. Disney staff members pick up bags and deliver them straight to guestrooms (for arrivals between 5 AM and 10 PM). Guests arriving outside of these hours should pick up their baggage at baggage claim to carry with them on the motor coach.
This hotel is nonsmoking except in designated outdoor areas
